Camshaft for Ford small block 221–302 (not 351W) engines, 1962–1985. Xtreme Energy performance camshaft, grind XE256H-10, hydraulic flat tappet – strong low and mid-range torque, good idle.

For engines with the 289/302 firing order (not 351W). Linked to the 302 up to 1985 – from 1986 the factory 302 uses a roller cam. Performance cams usually need stronger valve springs. With a flat tappet cam always fit new lifters and use a zinc (ZDDP) break-in oil or additive.
