FSO 1500

FSO 1500 is a front crankshaft oil seal sized 45 × 65/70 × 10 mm. The flanged design is used in selected Polski Fiat 125p, FSO 1500 and Polonez engine applications.

Application / fitment

The seal is intended for compatible 1.3, 1.5 and 1.6 litre FSO petrol engines using a 45 mm shaft, 65 mm housing seat and 70 mm flange. Vehicle model alone is not sufficient because FSO vehicles were equipped with different engine families.

Measure the shaft and housing and compare the flange with the removed seal before installation. Lightly lubricate the working lip with suitable oil and press the seal squarely without damaging the shaft surface. Confirm material from the markings on the actual item.
