Performance rear main seal for Ford Small Block 260 / 289 / 302 engines with a two-piece rear seal design. The fluoroelastomer construction is intended for more demanding use than a standard rubber seal, especially in rebuilt or performance-oriented engines.
Application / fitment
Designed for Ford 260 / 289 / 302 Windsor engines with a 2-piece rear main seal, mainly classic Ford and Mercury applications from approximately 1962–1984. Do not use it in later 5.0 blocks built for a one-piece rear main seal.

Before installation, verify block type, crankshaft sealing surface, seal lip direction and crankcase ventilation condition. On modified engines, excessive crankcase pressure can still cause leakage even with a new seal.
