ACDelco RC27 / 10409635 is a 15 psi / approx. 1.03 bar radiator cap for cooling systems with a coolant recovery system. The cap maintains correct cooling-system pressure and affects the coolant boiling point.

Application / fitment

The cap should be selected primarily by operating pressure, cap depth and radiator filler neck dimensions. It fits selected GM applications and other cooling systems with a matching filler neck, and final fitment must be confirmed by filler neck dimensions and required cooling-system pressure.

Before installation, check the radiator filler neck inside and outside diameter, neck height, cap depth and required system pressure. A cap that is too shallow, too deep or rated for the wrong pressure may cause sealing or pressure-control issues.
