Delphi MF0094-11B1

Delphi MF0094 / MF0094-11B1 is a mechanical fuel pump for carbureted Ford Small Block 302 and 351W engines. Driven by the camshaft eccentric, it supplies gasoline at a low pressure suitable for factory and near-stock carburetor systems.

Application / fitment

The pump fits selected Ford and Mercury passenger cars and light trucks with 302 / 5.0 L and 351W / 5.8 L engines, primarily from the second half of the 1970s. Typical catalog applications include:

• 1975–1977 Ford Bronco with the corresponding V8 engine
• 1975–1979 Ford E-100, E-150, E-250 and E-350 Econoline
• 1975–1979 Ford F-100 and F-150
• 1977–1979 Ford F-250 and 1978–1979 F-350
• 1975–1976 Ford Gran Torino, 1975–1978 LTD, 1977–1979 LTD II, Ranchero and selected Mercury models using the corresponding Windsor engine

Fitment condition: compare the actuating-arm shape, port orientation, mounting flange and outlet thread before ordering. This pump is for a gasoline carburetor system. Do not select it by 5.8 L displacement alone because 351W, 351C and 351M/400 engines use different fuel-pump arrangements.

Installation note: position the pump lever correctly against the camshaft eccentric. Clean the block surface, install a new gasket and inspect the suction line for air leaks. After startup, check all joints for leakage and verify actual fuel pressure at the carburetor.
