Edelbrock 5822

Edelbrock 5822 is a single valve spring set for selected Ford cast iron cylinder heads and Edelbrock Performer camshaft combinations. It is used during valvetrain service or upgrade when the spring parameters must match the camshaft and cylinder head requirements.

Application / fitment

Edelbrock references 5822 for selected Ford 289/302, 5.0 and 5.8 applications, especially Performer combinations and OE heads without valve rotators. For valve rotator applications, Edelbrock lists a different spring number, 5922.
