Fel-Pro 8347 SP is a copper head gasket spacer shim for Ford Cleveland and Modified engines. It is used when head gasket stack height, compression ratio or previous block and cylinder head machining must be corrected.
Application / fitment
This shim is intended for Ford 351C Cleveland, 351M and 400 engines. Before installation, compare coolant passage layout, bore size, chamber shape and the final head gasket.

Do not treat it as a Ford 351W Windsor replacement — the Cleveland/Modified and Windsor engine families use different cylinder head layouts. Fit must be confirmed against the actual block, head and gasket combination.
