Transmission TV cable bracket for carburettor for GM 200-4R, 700R4 and 4L60 transmissions with a TV cable used with an Edelbrock carburettor, 1981–1993. Relocates the TV (throttle valve) cable pin so the linkage geometry suits the transmission – without it the transmission gets the wrong line pressure and slips.

The bracket mounts under the carburettor nuts (longer carburettor studs may be needed). After fitting adjust the TV cable to the transmission instructions – a misadjusted cable causes low line pressure, slipping and transmission damage.
Approximate fitment. The bracket fits the transmission and carburettor, not the engine – the list shows the GM engines of 1981–93 fitted with TV-cable transmissions. A different carburettor brand needs a different bracket.
