Penrite HPR 50 40W-70 is a mineral engine oil with very high operating viscosity. It is intended for engines operating at high temperature, under heavy load or showing increased oil consumption.
Application / fitment
The manufacturer lists use in 4-, 6- and 8-cylinder naturally aspirated, supercharged and turbocharged engines, especially for towing, competition and high ambient temperatures. It can be used where SAE 20W-50, 25W-50, 25W-60 or SAE 50 oils were recommended.
