This description follows SKU 4746-16 even though the Polish product name shows a different part number. The shims are semi-universal for cylinder heads with seats compatible with a 1.640-inch outside diameter and 0.635-inch inside diameter. Selection requires installed-height measurements and the specifications of the actual valve spring.
