The breather pushes into the valve cover or oil filler hole. Check the rubber grommet and the hose to the air cleaner – a blocked breather raises crankcase pressure and causes oil leaks.
Approximate fitment. The manufacturer lists vehicle models (incl. F-Series, Bronco, Mustang, LTD, Thunderbird, Cougar, Continental) without engines – the list shows the V8 engines of these makes in those years. Compare the seating diameter with the old breather.
