Melling MPR-280 is a welded-steel engine pushrod for selected Ford Windsor 5.8 / 351W engines. Its hollow body transfers valvetrain motion from the lifter to the rocker arm and provides an oil passage in engines lubricated through the pushrod.
Application / fitment
Applications include selected Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles with the Ford Windsor 5.8 / 351W, particularly standard valvetrain configurations from 1969-1982. Before installation, compare overall length, body diameter, both end styles and the lubrication path with the removed pushrod.
