FEL-PRO OS34509T

Fel-Pro OS34509T is a one-piece oil pan gasket for early Chevrolet Gen I V8 engines with a two-piece rear main seal. The critical installation dimension is the 2-1/4" / 57.15 mm thin front oil pan seal.

Application / fitment

The gasket is intended for selected Chevrolet Gen I V8 engines, most often 1955-1974 applications, using the thin front oil pan seal and two-piece rear main seal. In swapped cars, the engine pan and timing cover matter more than the body year.

Lay a straightedge across the front pan rails and measure down to the lowest point of the front seal area. If the measurement is 2-1/4" / 57.15 mm, this thin seal version is the correct style.
