What are you buying?
Engine disassembly service,
Engine condition assessment,
Preparation of a list of work required for engine overhaul,
Preparation of a list of parts required for engine overhaul.
How does it work?
You purchase a service that can be completed within 12 months of purchase.
Within 12 months of purchase, you deliver the engine you wish to be disassembled to us.
You receive a list of work required for your engine repair, prepared by our specialist.
You receive a list of new parts required for your engine repair, prepared by our specialist.
Both the list of work and the parts list include prices, which constitute a proposal for cooperation.
After receiving the list of work and parts list, you have 5 business days to collect your disassembled engine or order further work based on the prepared proposal for cooperation. During these 5 days, you and our consultant will determine the best solution for you, discuss the proposed cooperation, negotiate the terms of further cooperation, and decide what to do with your engine.
The service includes professional engine disassembly and a preliminary assessment of the condition of its components. Based on the inspection of the engine we disassemble, we prepare:
an approximate list of parts necessary or recommended for the engine overhaul,
an approximate list of grinding and sanding operations that may be required for the engine overhaul.
The condition assessment is performed with the goal of restoring operating parameters close to factory specifications, assuming the use of original or equivalent replacement parts and without any performance-enhancing modifications (increasing power or changing engine characteristics).
The parts and work lists are preliminary and may change after a thorough cleaning, measurements, and any additional damage. They do not guarantee the achievement of specific parameters – the final result depends on the actual work performed, the parts used, and the full scope of the overhaul.
Scope of Service
The service includes:
