Enginetech C350HD-1 part 16

Enginetech C350HD-1 part 16 is a two-piece valve cover gasket set for classic Chevrolet Gen I V8 engines. The gaskets originate from the C350HD-1 full-gasket-set family but are sold here separately as one pair for both valve covers.

Application / fitment

This set is intended for selected Chevrolet 4.6 / 283, 4.9 / 302, 5.0 / 307, 5.4 / 327, and 5.7 / 350 engines using traditional four-bolt perimeter-mount valve covers. C350HD-1 family coverage includes selected 1959-1985 GM passenger-car, light-truck, and van applications, including selected Chevrolet Camaro, Corvette, Chevelle / Malibu, Nova, Impala / Caprice, El Camino, C/K, and G-Series models and corresponding GMC vehicles using a Chevrolet V8 engine.

Compare gasket shape and the four-hole pattern with the valve cover and cylinder head before installation. This set is not intended for later center-bolt valve covers. Both sealing surfaces must be straight, clean, and degreased, and the fasteners should be tightened evenly without crushing the gasket.
