Redline Dual 99004.822

Redline 99004.822 is a pair of aluminum intake manifolds for installing two Weber IDF carburetors on air-cooled Volkswagen / Porsche Type 4 engines. Separate left- and right-side manifolds provide a short, direct mixture path to both cylinder heads.

Fitment condition: verify cylinder-head mounting pattern, port diameter, carburetor height and clearance for air cleaners and linkage. The manifolds are not a complete conversion kit. Carburetors, Redline 99004.295 linkage, air cleaners, fuel plumbing and jetting must be selected separately.

Installation note: cylinder-head and manifold surfaces must be clean and flat. During trial assembly, confirm that the manifolds do not distort the carburetor bodies and that the linkage operates in one plane. After installation, check for intake leakage, synchronize both carburetors and select jetting for the engine displacement and specification.
