Fel-Pro MS 90361 is an intake manifold gasket set for selected Ford Small Block / Windsor engines. Its steel-core laminate construction provides dimensional stability and resists gasket movement caused by manifold vacuum, temperature and relative movement between the intake manifold and cylinder heads.
Application / fitment
The set is designed for Ford Windsor engines using standard rectangular intake ports measuring approximately 1.115 × 1.960 in / 28.32 × 49.78 mm. Primary catalog applications include:
- Ford 302 / 5.0 L Windsor — selected applications approximately 1977–1985
- Ford 351W / 5.8 L Windsor — selected applications approximately 1975–1991
- selected Ford 260 / 4.3 L and 289 / 4.7 L engines when port, coolant-passage and intake-manifold geometry match MS 90361
- selected Ford and Mercury Mustang, Bronco, F-Series, Econoline, LTD, Country Squire, Cougar and related applications with the corresponding Windsor engine
Fitment condition: compare intake-port shape and height, coolant openings, heat crossover, EGR passages and the cylinder-head and manifold design before installation. This set is not for Ford 351C Cleveland, 351M/400 or FE engines. With aftermarket heads or manifolds, the gasket opening must cover the machined port completely without protruding into the airflow.
Installation note: cylinder-head and manifold surfaces must be clean, dry and flat. Do not apply RTV to the laminate gasket faces unless the Fel-Pro instructions specify sealant at particular joints. Tighten the manifold in the correct sequence and stages specified for the engine.
