Dorman 555-070 is a steel engine cup expansion plug with a nominal 2-1/8" size. It is designed for selected Ford, Lincoln and Mercury engine bores requiring a shallow cup-type plug within the specified diameter range.
Application / fitment
The Dorman catalog covers selected 1960-2001 Ford, 1977-1992 Lincoln and 1960-1993 plus 1997-2001 Mercury applications. Because one engine can use several plug sizes and locations, verify the mounting position, bore diameter and height of the removed plug.
