Mahle / Clevite MS-590A is a crankshaft main bearing set for classic Ford V8 engines. It is used during a lower engine rebuild when the crankshaft and main bores have been measured and the bearing size matches the machine work performed.

Application covers selected Ford, Lincoln and Mercury engines from the Ford Windsor V8 family produced from 1961 to 2002: 3.6 L / 221, 4.2 L / 255, 4.3 L / 260, 4.7 L / 289 and 5.0 L / 302. This set is for 5-main-bearing versions.
