1. Shipping within Poland

The following delivery methods are available in Poland:

DPD Pickup / Pickup Point

Delivery to a DPD Pickup point.
Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg.

DPD Swip Box / Parcel Locker

Delivery to a DPD parcel locker.
Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg.

DPD Courier

Courier delivery to the address provided.
Maximum parcel weight: 31.5 kg.

DPD Courier COD

Courier delivery to the address provided with cash on delivery payment.

DPD Pickup COD

Delivery to a DPD Pickup point with cash on delivery payment.
Availability of this service may depend on the selected pickup point.

International shipments are divided into 3 delivery zones:

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Poland

  • DPD Pickup / parcel locker / courier: usually 1–2 business days from the shipping date
  • in exceptional cases, delivery time may be longer

Europe

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and zone:

  • Europe Nearby: usually 2–4 business days
  • Europe Standard: usually 3–5 business days
  • Europe Plus: usually 4–6 business days, and in some cases longer

For countries outside the European Union or countries subject to additional transport procedures, delivery times may be extended.

4. Important Information

  • Delivery time is counted from the date the parcel is shipped.
  • Order processing time may depend on product availability.
  • For oversized, heavy, or specially packed items, shipping costs may be calculated individually.
  • For some destinations, additional carrier charges may apply depending on the delivery location.
  • International shipments are handled via DPD International Export.

5. Non-Standard Shipments

Some products may be classified as non-standard shipments due to their size, weight, or packaging method. In such cases, the store may contact the customer to confirm the shipping cost and delivery conditions.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for selected delivery methods within Poland.
