ARP 154-3604 is a high-performance cylinder head bolt kit for Ford 5.8 / 351C engines. The chromoly-steel bolts use hex heads, a black-oxide finish, and a 180,000 psi tensile-strength rating.
Application / fitment
Official ARP coverage includes Ford 351C engines with 2V and 4V cylinder heads, including Boss 351, Cobra-Jet, and HO versions. The kit uses 1/2" diameter bolts and includes matched hardened washers.

Install each washer with its chamfer toward the bolt head. Threads entering a water jacket require thread sealer; apply ARP Ultra-Torque to the underhead area, washers, and threads used in blind holes. With ARP Ultra-Torque, tighten in the factory sequence in three equal steps to 100 lb-ft / 135.6 Nm.
